Diet For Weight Reduction Without Hunger

One of the biggest setbacks for people on a diet for weight reduction is feeling hungry. This is no fun when you have 10, 20, 50 pounds or more to lose and everyday you are eating foods that are leaving you hungry, fatigued and sluggish. Somewhere along the line we lost track of eating real foods to lose weight. Today, everything is either a diet food or non-diet food. The problem is that so called diet or healthy foods are often the tricks of food manufacturers and in reality when they hit your digestive track they instantly break down into sugar and pour into your fat cells.

Diet For Weight Reduction Using Real Foods

It is time to step back and get real about eating for weight reduction. Man (or woman) was not designed to live on carrots and celery sticks. Yet when we make up our minds to shed the extra pounds, we try to trick our body into desiring these foods.

Here is the skinny on your body...it wants to be balanced. So, when you feed it nothing but rabbit food for 3 days straight, guess what? It will rebel and send your cravings through the roof!

Not only that but it will also put the brakes on your metabolism because it doesn't know you are dieting for weight reduction, as far as it knows you are in a famine and so it stops breaking down your fat storage so you don't starve to death. Cruel reality: you eat rabbit food and your body holds on to your fat.

How about a different approach? If you allow your body to have the foods it thrives on, it will not send off the hunger alarm.

Wait, I know what you are thinking...this is what got you in trouble in the first place. I did not say eat pizza every night with a hot fudge sundae for a bedtime snack. You have to be reasonable, but the truth of the matter is that your body will reach its fabulous healthy weight when you feed it the right foods.

What are the right foods? You want foods that take a long time to breakdown in your system and therefore keep your energy sustained and your hunger away.

These foods might surprise and if you look at the list below you will notice that not one of those foods is considered a diet food. Here is a short list of foods to eat on a diet for weight reduction:

* Real Butter
* Whole Eggs
* Pork Chops
* Sweet Potatoes
* Fruit
* Olive Oil
* Raw Nuts

Do you think you could keep hunger away eating these foods? Absolutely, and the great thing is that each one of these foods and many more actually boost your metabolism and help you burn fat fast. Drop the gimmicks and crazy diet foods, this is truly the only path to losing weight and keeping it all off for good.

Are you tired of confusing and contradicting information and restrictive diets that leave you feeling hungry and low on energy? Me too! I like to eat and I don't have time to count every calorie or the desire to eat boring diet foods. For me the best diet for weight reduction is the Diet Solution Program.

Inside you will discover the exact foods to eat and not to eat to burn off 10% of your unwanted weight in body fat in the next 30 days, and then continue to burn it off every month until you have the body you've always wanted!

CHRONICLES, LIFE, MONUMENT AND ACHIEVEMENT.

No, I can not!! I am very sorry, in fact if you would not mind, I will appreciate if you can cast the lot on another. Was the response of a relative who was asked to deliver a valediction for a retiring colleague.

Later when I asked her why she politely refused, she said-I can not mount the podium to go and lie because the truth may be hurting. So I looked up and down, shake my head and think of how a lot of us die without a relevant and significant chronicle both in the terrestrial and the celestial.

Though it is easy to build monument as it takes an extra-ordinary man to make a great chronicle but all the same we need to ask ourselves the kind of monument we are building if it is a blessing or a curse greater than the statue of liberty.

“The world is a promising place where we need to live as a sojourner who keeps scoring point for his recognition”. People would be willing to carry on our vision and accept our legacy therefore we can not afford to miss this unique opportunity of being a choice prince and such a value to the point that people will count it a priviledge even to give their lives in exchange for ours.

To have a noble chronicle we need to:
• Be humble- You stoop to conquer because “pride is like a flood that sweeps away
the top nutrient”.
• Be kind-to all not because of what you want to get but what you can give as a
lifestyle.
• Impart lives- come out of Zoar (little) to Arba (greatness). “Your light is not too
invincible that it can not harass darkness”.
• Be symbiotic- never live as a parasite so as not to be a sure risk.
• Be open- accept criticism and give it with love. Never be a snare and a
chameleon.
• Be consistent- even when you are not appreciated.
• Avoid power intoxication- A bully is always a coward corrupted by power.
• Equate- never move the goalpost.
• Accept people and never judge because “God is the only umpire on the pitch of life”.

Finally, “life is a gun with one bullet, it takes a risk to shoot, to waste might be painful, to discharge may be costly, and to aim is courage”.

MAKING YOUR YEAR RELEVANT

Before the Cock crows while ruminating over 2010 and what 2011 holds, I remembered Abraham the Patriarch so I picked up the holy book of life to see how it is to read life in books to make a life that could be read.

As I flip through, my heart starts ringing my nerves oscillate and guess what my brain censed panoramically.
 Step--Never be afraid to take step for you can never jump to the top. Jump only
brings you down.

 Start—Start with what you have. You don’t need the world to make your world.
If you have a nail you can make some woods out of your problems.

 Wounds—Your wound is never incurable, take it to the healer He can cure you
and He will.

 Covenant—Key to God’s covenant, hearken to him alone, avoid noisome
pestilence, and patiently endures for Rome was never a product of
one day.

 Foresight—Look and aim from where you are as far as you can see. Believe the
truth, accept it, and sell it not.

 Honour—Honour and respect other people, value your relationship.

 Channel—Be a blessing to others and be ready to go extra-mile. Except the grain
falls and die it can not live.

 Platform—Do not fold your arms. Create a platform to ride on pedestal of change
that will reveal your creative visibility.

 Trust—Let your word be your bond. Be fidelity to the point that people will
follow you while they close their eyes.

 Referral—Remember where you are coming from, the people who had made you.
He who forget his root his only preserving his punishement.

 Cross—Carry your cross, work on your obedience and the information on your
fingertip. If you don’t, no one will.

Finally, wait for the promise i.e. the good news of your relevance. I believe in your fruitfulness.
